Hi Saul and Sandra,

We just wanted to say, we couldn't be more pleased with our photos--you work so well as a team and have such a good eye for capturing these special moments, and with an awareness of setting and frame and lighting and all that stuff that neither of us are thinking about right now.

When we first got the maternity pictures back, I said, "Wow, is that really our backyard??? Who would have known it was so perfect for photos!" We certainly took it for granted. We've been so completely focused on the baby that we just aren't able to see around us, so that is where you come in, and it has been so great to have you in our lives, helping us capture what is going on around us so we don't miss it in all the haze of bringing our first family member into the world!

We didn't want to have pictures of Koen with a fake background in an unnatural setting, or to have all the little blemishes airbrushed away. It was important to us that every little thing was preserved as it naturally exists, yet we also wanted photos that would look beautiful on our mantle!!! Which they are! So many people ask us who took the photos and recognize right away that they're professional, yet they're of us in our home, or in other settings here in San Francisco, so they're so very special and unique compared to other photos I've seen of this kind. They feel so real to us, and capture the world as it is going on around us during this dizzying stage of our lives.

Finding you enabled us to document this first year in the most idyllic yet natural way possible, yet lets us concentrate on what's most important! Falling in love with our little boy. Thank you!!!!
